Team Performance and Standings
Jorge Martin maintains the lead in the MotoGP standings. Marc Marquez has 237 points, and Marco Bezzecchi has 232 points. The gap between the leader and third place is 24 points. Fabio Di Giannantonio and Ai Ogura complete the top five with 208 and 203 points, respectively. Behind them are Pedro Acosta (189), Raul Fernandez (186), Francesco Bagnaia (143), Alex Marquez (128), and Fermin Aldeguer (90). In the Moto2 category, Manuel Gonzalez leads with 207.5 points, while Izan Guevara is second with 175 points, and Senna Agius is in fourth with 149 points. Ivan Ortola is fifth with 144.5 points, followed by Daniel Holgado with 137 points.
Toprak Razgatlıoğlu comes to Misano with a strong record. Our team has achieved three wins out of three races in the WorldSBK period at this track during the 2024 and 2025 seasons. These consecutive wins were achieved with the BMW bike and demonstrated performance exceeding 76 points in the 2025 season. Team teammate Jack Miller is in 19th place with 28 points. The best result of the season is currently the 11th place achieved in Hungary.
Rider Assessments
Deniz Öncü is confident about the upcoming races at Misano. Our Moto2 champion is in 17th place in the Moto2 championship. He secured 8th place consecutively at Silverstone and Aragon, repeating the best result of the season twice. The result in Aragon was particularly noteworthy. Our team started from 18th place and finished the race by moving up 10 places. Team teammate Aron Canet remained in 25th place, while the 17-place gap was the clearest indicator of the weekend.
This race holds a special meaning for Deniz Öncü. Our team did not participate in the San Marino GP in the 2025 season because he suffered a fracture to his left collarbone during a training accident in Turkey and underwent surgery. He started as a reserve rider that weekend instead of competing.
The riders commented on the riding style and tire management during the race. Gino Borsoi pointed out the speed emerging in the braking zone.
He was performing well until the final stages, even taking laps faster than the top ten at one point. This shows that we have reverted to the performance we had a few races ago.
Borsoi attributed the slip to the braking zone and explained the relationship between riding style and tire management.
Unfortunately, the front tire reached its limit, and the riding style was a bit more aggressive, carrying slightly more weight than some other riders, making it more difficult to manage towards the end of the race.
