Angel Piqueras

Angel Piqueras would hop onto a motorcycle for the first time at the age of four and immediately fall in love with the sport. In 2018, he embarked on a rookie campaign in the Moto4 category of the ESBK, finishing fourth before clinching the championship in 2019. After two seasons in the European Talent Cup, finishing fifth and seventh, respectively, the #36 joined the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup in 2022. In his debut season in the category, the young rider made a significant impact, securing three victories and finishing fourth overall. In 2023, with nine wins in 14 races, he would be crowned Champion with two rounds to spare, ending the year with a historic 115-point lead over the second-placed rider in the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup. Thanks to his outstanding performances, the rider from Requena would be recruited by Leopard Racing for the 2024 Moto3™ World Championship, with the #36 securing his maiden Grand Prix victory and finishing eighth in the standings in a remarkable rookie campaign. Piqueras joined the MT Helmets – MSI squad in 2025, grabbing four wins across the season and finishing as Championship runner-up. His impressive pace convinced the MSI Racing Team to promote Piqueras into Moto2, where he will make his debut in 2026!
