The race results and qualifying sessions of the San Marino Grand Prix led to a change in championship leadership. Race Results and Podium
In the race, Marc Marquez took first place with 93 laps and a time of 41 minutes 13 seconds 013 seconds on the Ducati Team motorcycle. The Spanish rider handed the race lead to Jorge Martin on lap 7. Jorge Martin secured second place with 89 laps and a time of 41 minutes 27 seconds 034 seconds.
The podium placements were diverse. Alex Marquez secured third place with 73 laps and a time of 41 minutes 15 seconds 339 seconds difference. Pedro Acosta took fifth place with 37 laps and a time of 41 minutes 15 seconds 339 seconds difference. Among the other riders, Fermin Aldeguer took fourth place with 54 laps and a time of 41 minutes 19 seconds 040 seconds.
The rider using the Pramac Racing motorcycle, Toprak Razgatlıoğlu, started from the 21st and last position on the grid. He completed the race in 12th place and scored 4 points. This result was the best second place for the representative in the season. Toprak received a long lap penalty for exceeding track limits, but maintained his 12th place. His teammate Jack Miller started from the 18th position but was unable to complete the race.
Qualifying Sessions and Critical Moments
The qualifying sessions for the San Marino GP showed the variability of track conditions. The practice sessions were held on a track where the surface was dry. This indicated that track conditions remain highly variable. All riders went onto the track with soft rear tires.
In Q1, Raul Fernandez topped the standings with a time of 25 laps and 1 minute 30 minutes 535 seconds. Rider Comments
During the qualifying sessions, some riders expressed concerns about the track difficulty. Marco Bezzecchi stated that the qualifying was not easy, saying:
It was a good lap. I am happy because the qualifying was not easy. I encountered too many yellow flags and it was difficult to find concentration.
Marc Marquez clearly explained where the pole position ended:
I saw 1:29. I said, 'Okay, goodbye to pole position.'
The Spanish rider also acknowledged the competitor's speed:
Last year, the pace was a bit better than mine, but Marco looks incredibly fast this year, extremely fast on fast corners.
Sprint Results
The sprint times determined the outcome of the race. In the sprint results, Marc Marquez was the winner. Alex Marquez came second, and Pedro Acosta completed the podium. Marco Bezzecchi took second place. Jorge Martin also reached the podium. Fabio Di Giannantonio took fourth place.

Critical Crashes and Technical Details
Various accidents occurred on track during the race. Italian rider Francesco Bagnaia lost traction entering a corner and slid into the gravel trap. Shortly after this incident, the yellow flag was waved. Additionally, Jack Miller crashed on lap 2. Following this crash, Toprak Razgatlıoğlu overtook Alex Rins and moved to 18th place.
Some riders expressed concerns about the track difficulty in the podium. Toprak Razgatlıoğlu provided a detailed account of his experience on the track in the Sunday review:
When I tried the soft tires, I was surprised because I felt like it wasn't my own motorcycle.
In the same review, he clearly stated the priority for qualifying:
We will focus on a good result in the qualifying laps here. I believe if I manage to get into the top 10, many things will be possible.
