Francesco Guidotti took on the role of Team Manager after completing his MotoGP career. In this process, Aki Ajo, experienced in team management, was assigned to pilot Acosta and Binder. Guidotti utilizes his experience as an expert in MotoGP events through Sportsender Sky Italia.

Team Management and Role Distribution

Francesco Guidotti stated that the roles of Team Manager differ. While Davide Brivio handles external matters as the team principal, Guidotti focuses primarily on the operations within the box. The fact that both individuals are experienced in operations ensures their collaboration.

The roles are different. While Davide, as Team Principal, deals with matters outside the box and communicates a lot with the USA, I, as Team Manager, now focus primarily on the procedures in the box. There are also overlaps, but this works well, also because we both have a lot of experience with the procedures.

Career Return and Team Dynamics

Guidotti's return to the Team Manager role in MotoGP involved some changes. He emphasized that no one wanted to make a major change within the team, despite Ai Ogura's rise in the team. They continued as a duo because Davide Brivio's contract is valid until the end of the year.

Furthermore, as changes in team management have occurred, Ai (Ogura) has already established himself as the star, who had chances for the title in the summer. No one wanted to make a major change within the team in this configuration. And since Davide also has a contract until the end of the year, he remained – and we work as a team.

Guidotti expressed satisfaction with the team's ease provided by working with the Trackhouse professionals in his role as Team Manager after 18 months. He expressed his satisfaction with this experience.

Race Points and Competitive Situation

Regarding MotoGP events, he stated that the team's second place position meant that the competitor was Lenovo Ducati and there was no 25-point difference. In the rider standings, Ai Ogura's progress after injury was observed. Additionally, the situation of the Yamaha rider Jorge Martin, who is a brand partner, was evaluated in terms of race points. The rider standings concluded with Raul Fernandez in 7th place.
