VR46 Racing Team has determined the race colors for the MotoGP Endonezya Grand Prix. The Desmosedici GP will use red, white, and gold details inspired by Indonesia's national symbol, Garuda, on the track. The main sponsor, Pertamina Enduro, announced that they will use these colors for the race for their own event.

Pertamina Enduro has been the title sponsor as an Indonesian-based company since 2024. The team prepared a special design for the race at the main sponsor's facility in the eighth month of the season. The Garuda, which holds an important position in Indonesian culture, is featured in the middle of the color scheme displayed in Jakarta. Garuda, whose origins lie in Hindu and Buddhist mythology, has evolved over time to become the nation's national symbol, Garuda Pancasila, adapted to Indonesian culture. VR46 states that the fighting spirit and courage represented by Garuda align with the team's values.

The colors of the Indonesian flag, white and red, appear prominently in the design. The white color forms the main surface of the motorcycle, while the red Garuda figure is placed in the center of the design with wings spreading on both sides of the Desmosedici GP. The head of the Garuda is located above the fuel tank. Gold flame details are added to the design, while VR6's characteristic fluorescent yellow is preserved on the front section of the motorcycle.

The new color scheme attracts attention, and for VR6, the sporting aspect of the Mandalika weekend is also of great importance. The team performed significantly below expectations in the Japanese Grand Prix. While Franco Morbidelli finished 15th, approximately 35 seconds behind the leader, Fabio Di Giannantonio completed the race in 18th place after experiencing issues with his Ducati. With this result, Di Giannantonio falls 103 points behind the champion, significantly reducing his chances in the championship fight in the remaining six races.
VR6 will hold its last race in Indonesia at Mandalika. This race will also feature VR6's current rider lineup. As Di Giannantonio will move to the factory KTM team in 2027, and Morbidelli is set to race in WorldSBK with Aruba.it Racing – Ducati, it is clear that VR6 will compete on the track in the main sponsor's event at Pertamina Enduro and with the special Garuda colors. They aim to respond strongly to the challenging weekend in MotoGP.
