Francesco Bagnaia concluded a points-less weekend following a disastrous crash in Sunday’s race at Le Mans, making a significant statement after assessing the situation. “We worked well and made significant progress this weekend. Bagnaia noted that the team was working to resolve the issue, adding regarding the crash: “We know the reason, and the team is working on it. It wasn’t a driver error, and these things can happen.”

Bagnaia anticipates a significant step forward in the Barcelona race compared to the previous week. “Therefore, I am confident that we will enter Barcelona with a big step forward compared to last week. Hopefully, we can take another step and reach the same level or even better than Aprilia Racing.”
